Martin D18 Custom Shop Adirondack TFOA 20th Ann 2021

Speciaal voor ons eerdere 20-jarig jubileum hebben we de Martin Custom Shop gevraagd een gelimiteerde oplage van D18's voor ons te bouwen! In plaats van het Sitka sparrenhout van de D18 uit de Standard Series draagt dit speciale model een Adirondack sparren bovenblad met Adirondack braces! 

Het Adirondack bovenblad zorgt voor veel volume waardoor deze dreadnought zijn kracht en 'booming' projectie goed kan laten horen. De mahonie klankkast geeft hem verder een flinke lading punch en een rijk middengebied mee! 

Deze Martin D18 uit 2021 ziet er nog zeer schoon en verzorgd uit en verkeert, met slechts gebruikelijke minimale speelsporen, in excellente conditie. Met name op de klankkast en het bovenblad zijn enkele lichte sporen zichtbaar, terwijl de hals door gebruik licht is gaan glanzen, wat volkomen normaal is bij een matte finish Inclusief koffer met TFOA paspoort en Custom Shop boekje.​

Especially for our previous 20th anniversary, we asked the Martin Custom Shop to build a limited run of D18s exclusively for us. Instead of the Sitka spruce found on the Standard Series D18, this special model features an Adirondack spruce top with Adirondack bracing.

The Adirondack top delivers plenty of volume, allowing this dreadnought to fully showcase its power and booming projection. The mahogany body adds a strong punch and a rich midrange to the overall sound.

This 2021 Martin D18 looks very clean and well cared for and, with only the usual minimal signs of use, is in excellent condition. A few light marks are visible on the body and top, while the neck has developed a slight sheen from playing, which is completely normal for a matte finish. Includes a case with TFOA passport and Custom Shop booklet.

Speziell zu unserem früheren 20-jährigen Jubiläum haben wir den Martin Custom Shop gebeten, eine limitierte Auflage von D18-Modellen exklusiv für uns zu bauen. Anstelle der Sitka-Fichte der Standard-Series-D18 verfügt dieses besondere Modell über eine Adirondack-Fichten-Decke mit Adirondack-Beleistung.

Die Adirondack-Decke sorgt für reichlich Volumen, wodurch diese Dreadnought ihre Kraft und die typische „booming“ Projektion voll entfalten kann. Der Mahagoni-Korpus verleiht dem Klang zusätzlich viel Punch und ein reiches Mittenbild.

Diese Martin D18 aus 2021 präsentiert sich sehr sauber und gepflegt und befindet sich mit lediglich den üblichen minimalen Gebrauchsspuren in exzellentem Zustand. Einige leichte Spuren sind am Korpus und an der Decke sichtbar, während der Hals durch das Spielen leicht zu glänzen begonnen hat, was bei einem matten Finish völlig normal ist. Wird inklusive Koffer, TFOA-Pass und Custom-Shop-Büchlein geliefert.
