De Martin Custom Shop D28 1937 biedt spelers de ongeëvenaarde klankkwaliteit van Martin's Authentic Series en de gebruiksvriendelijkheid van een werkpaard. De zeer gewaardeerde 1937-modellen van Martin worden beschouwd als de hoeksteen van prestaties en hebben de norm gezet voor generaties instrumenten die volgden. Deze gitaar beschikt over kenmerken zoals forward shifted X-bracing, hide glue en cloth strip constructie, en een verstelbare trussrod die liefhebbers de betrouwbaarheid biedt van een instrument dat goed af te stellen is.
De gitaar is opgebouwd uit een Indisch palissander klankkast met een Adirondack sparren bovenblad met een dikte van 2,8 millimeter of 0.110 inch. Deze Martin D28 werd gebouwd in 2023, en verkeert in excellente conditie. De gitaar heeft naast zijn verouderde finish slechts minimale speelsporen opgelopen. Hij is over het geheel gezien zeer schoon en wordt met echtheidscertificaat geleverd in een koffer van TKL.

The guitar is built with an Indian rosewood body and an Adirondack spruce top with a thickness of 2.8 millimeters (0.110 inch). Herringbone purfling, together with Antique White binding, provides the decorative detailing of the body.
This Martin D28 was built in 2023 and is in excellent condition. Aside from its aged finish, the guitar shows only minimal signs of play. Overall, it is very clean and comes with a certificate of authenticity in a hardshell TKL case.
