De 12 fret 000 heeft hetzelfde algemene uiterlijk als de Collings 00, maar dan in een groter formaat met een langere mensuur. Hoewel hij dezelfde breedte en diepte heeft als de OM, produceert de langere body doorgaans meer bas en algeheel volume. Dit maakt de Collings 000 ideaal voor puristen of de gitarist die een maximum aan kracht wil van een instrument met een comfortabel formaat met een elegante, klassieke uitstraling.
Deze prachtige Collings levert een volle, gebalanceerde klank met een diep laag en sprankelende hoge tonen. Zijn geweldige articulatie en formaat maken hem bijzonder geschikt voor fingerstyle, maar hij reageert ook erg goed op strumming.
De visuele details zijn buitengewoon stijlvol en doordacht. Op het eerste gezicht heeft hij een klassieke uitstraling met de herringbone purfling en ivoroid binding, maar als je beter kijkt zie je de ivoroid- en tortoiselijnen in de rozet en de abalone toetsinleg en brugpin stippen die de 0002H net dat beetje extra klasse geven.
Deze Collings uit 2024 ziet er uitzonderlijk schoon uit en vertoont slechts een minuscuul krasje op het achterblad naast de backstrip en wat zeer kleine sporen op de slagplaat. Hierdoor wordt deze 000 als Near Mint beschouwd! De gitaar wordt geleverd in zijn originele TKL-koffer.
The 12-fret 000 has the same overall appearance as the Collings 00, but in a larger format with a longer scale length. While it shares the same width and depth as the OM, the longer body typically produces more bass and overall volume. This makes the Collings 000 ideal for purists or players seeking maximum power from a comfortably sized instrument with an elegant, classic look.
This beautiful Collings delivers a full, balanced tone with deep lows and sparkling highs. Its excellent articulation and size make it particularly well-suited for fingerstyle, while it also responds beautifully to strumming.
The visual details are exceptionally stylish and thoughtful. At first glance, it presents a classic look with herringbone purfling and ivoroid binding, but on closer inspection, you’ll notice the ivoroid and tortoise lines in the rosette and the abalone fingerboard inlays and bridge pin dots that give the 0002H an extra touch of class.
This 2024 Collings is in exceptionally clean condition, showing only a tiny scratch on the back next to the backstrip and very minor marks on the pickguard. As such, this 000 is considered Near Mint. The guitar comes in its original TKL hardshell case.
Die 12-Bund 000 ähnelt in ihrem Gesamterscheinungsbild der Collings 00, kommt jedoch in einem größeren Format mit längerer Mensur. Obwohl sie dieselbe Breite und Tiefe wie die OM hat, erzeugt der längere Korpus in der Regel mehr Bass und insgesamt mehr Lautstärke. Diese wunderschöne Collings liefert einen vollen, ausgewogenen Klang mit tiefem Bass und funkelnden Höhen. Ihre hervorragende Artikulation und Größe machen sie besonders gut für Fingerstyle geeignet, reagiert jedoch auch sehr gut auf Strumming.
Die visuellen Details sind außergewöhnlich stilvoll und durchdacht. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt sie klassisch mit Herringbone-Purfling und Ivoroid-Bindung, doch bei genauerem Hinsehen fallen die Ivoroid- und Schildpattlinien in der Rosette sowie die Abalone-Griffbrettinlays und Bridge-Pins auf, die der 0002H das gewisse Extra an Klasse verleihen.
Diese Collings aus dem Jahr 2024 präsentiert sich in außergewöhnlich sauberem Zustand und zeigt nur einen winzigen Kratzer auf der Rückseite neben der Backstrip sowie sehr kleine Spuren auf dem Schlagbrett. Somit wird diese 000 als Near Mint angesehen. Die Gitarre wird in ihrem originalen TKL-Koffer geliefert.
