Deze AR810CE-7 van Eastman is een geheel massieve archtop gitaar met cutaway, een 17" brede lower bout en een breed klankbereik dankzij de toevoeging van een 7e snaar. Deze unieke toevoeging aan het archtop concept zorgt ervoor dat deze gitaar erg inspirerend is. Dankzij de comfortabele C-vormige esdoorn hals met 52mm brede topkam zullen de meeste gitaristen zich meteen thuis voelen. De body van deze gitaar is gemaakt met uitsluitend massieve, met de hand geselecteerde en geschaafde houtsoorten zoals sparren voor het bovenblad en premium esdoorn voor de zij- en achterkant met een subtiele vlam die te zien is onder de prachtige "Classic" finish.
Onversterkt klinkt deze gitaar traditioneel, rijk, vintage en luchtig met de toevoeging van het grote klankbereik. Ingeplugd zorgt een enkele Floating Kent Armstrong HJGS7-GD element voor een moeiteloze vertaling naar een versterkt signaal. De volume- en tone knoppen voor dit element zijn te vinden onder de ebben slagplaat die meerlaagse bindingen heeft net als de body, F-gaten, toets en headstock. De gitaar heeft verder een ebben staartstuk, ebben gecompenseerde brug, ebben toets en kopplaat en gouden Gotoh stemmechanieken met ebben knoppen. Inclusief koffer.
This AR810CE-7 from Eastman is an all solid archtop guitar with cutaway which measures 17" at the lower bout and offers an extended tonal range by adding a 7th string. This unique addition to the archtop concept makes this an instrument which is particularly inspiring to play. Because of the comfortable, traditional C-shaped maple neck, which is 52mm (2 1/16") wide at the nut, most players will feel right at home. The body of this guitar was made using all-solid, hand-selected and carved tonewoods like spruce for the top, and premium maple back and sides which shows a beautiful subtle flame which shines through the "Classic" sunburst finish applied to not only the body but also the neck.
Unplugged this guitar offers a traditional, rich, vintage, and airy tonal character enhanced by the extended tonal range. Plug it into your favourite amp and a single floating Kent Armstrong HJGS7-GD pickup will effortlesly translate the attractive sound of this archtop into an amplified signal. The volume- and tone controls for this pickup can be found beneath the ebony pickguard which has multi-layered bindings just like the body, F-holes, fingerboard and headstock. Other features include an ebony tailpiece, ebony compensated bridge, ebony fingerboard and headstock overlay and gold Gotoh tuners with ebony buttons. Included is a hardshell case.
