Net als de Serus P2 modellen zijn deze exclusieve gitaren alleen te verkrijgen via een officiële dealer, zoals TFOA. Het is dus niet mogelijk om een Finish over Finish Serus J rechtstreeks bij Novo te kopen.
Deze Serus J is een geweldig veelzijdig werkpaard met zijn comfortabele contoured body. De 'J' laat zich echter ook inspireren door de Jazzmaster en onderscheidt zich door middel van de nieuwe 'Novo-branded' Mastery brug en vibrato. Geladen met twee Fralin P90's en een eenvoudige controle lay-out van een enkel volume en toon met een 3-weg toggle schakelaar, is deze gitaar klaar om te rocken!
De 'tempered' body en hals betekent eigenlijk hetzelfde als 'roasted' of 'torrefied' en zorgt voor een verouderde look en meer resonantie. Daarmee straalt deze gitaar al een flinke portie vintage flair uit en is het een genot om te bespelen. Ook is de gitaar met een gewicht van slechts 3,14 kg aangenaam licht van gewicht, dus je kunt blijven spelen!
