De Amerikaanse Acoustasonic Stratocaster is het product van de doelgerichte innovatie waar Fender voor staat. De kracht van de door Fender en Fishman ontworpen Acoustic Engine levert ongetwijfeld echte inspiratie en maakt deze gitaar tot een veelzijdig instrument.
De Acoustasonic body heeft een massief Sitka sparren bovenblad dat vakkundig met een prachtige meervoudige randinleg is ingelegd in de mahonie body en bedekt met een zwarte finish. Ook het rozet heeft een prachtige meervoudige randinleg. De gitaar is uitgerust met een drie-elementenconfiguratie: een Piezo onder het brugzadel, een Internal Body Sensor en een N4 in de brugpositie, schakel- en regelbaar met de klassieke vijfstandenschakelaar, een volume en Mod knop.
De mahonie hals met ebben toets ligt prettig in de hand en laat ook hier zien dat Fender met deze gitaar op innovatieve wijze behoorlijk buiten de kaders is gaan denken. Het resultaat: een veelzijdig, compact, in het oog springend en strak klinkend instrument.

The Acoustasonic body features a solid Sitka spruce top that has perfectly been inlaid with a beautiful multiple trim into the mahogany body and with a black finish. The rosette has a beautiful multiple purfling. The guitar is equipped with a three-pickup configuration: Under-Saddle Piezo, an Internal Body Sensor and an N4 in the bridge position, switchable and adjustable with the classic five-way switch, a volume and Mod knob.
The mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard feels great and comfortable. Fender shows with this all that they have started to think out of the box in an innovative way. The result: a versatile, compact, eye-catching and sleek-sounding instrument.
