Als onderdeel van de AC-serie heeft deze linkshandige AC322CE een meer moderne benadering qua ontwerp en bouw. Als Grand Auditorium-model heeft dit instrument het beste uit twee werelden. De body bevindt zich ergens tussen een OM en een dreadnought en maakt de gitaar zeer veelzijdig en geschikt voor fingerpicking, strumming en fingerstyle. Het Grand Auditorium heeft alles, delicatesse, volume, punch en bas. Inclusief koffer.
