De Eastman Kauffmann Series is het resultaat van een samenwerking tussen Eastman Guitars en de Nederlandse vakmensen van Kauffmann Guitars! Deze Eastman Kauffmann SC Classic is handgemaakt in Nederland met de ziel van een klassieker en de precisie van modern luthierschap.
De SC Classic is een uiterst unieke gitaar, uitgevoerd met zorgvuldig geselecteerde materialen en een afwerking die je normaal alleen in hogere prijsklassen tegenkomt. De solid-body van geroosterd Oregon Pine met een geroosterde esdoorn hals voelt direct levendig en resonant aan, een stuk hout dat al lijkt te zingen nog vóór je de eerste noot speelt! Dankzij het Long Tenon 2-Bolt Neck System heeft hij zeer indrukwekkende sustain en resonantie.
De Roasted Oregon Pine body is een bewuste keuze: licht, resonant en vol karakter, met een open klank die warm én helder blijft! Bovendien is deze SC Classic uitgerust met twee Lollar Soapbar P90 pickups, die een volle, vet klinkende midrange leveren en tegelijkertijd een scherpe, bijtende articulatie geven wanneer dat nodig is. Deze combinatie zorgt voor een veelzijdige sound die zowel rijk en warm klinkt voor clean speelwerk als krachtig en expressief bij overdrive of crunch!
