Dit prachtige Limited Edition Custom Shop model uit 2006 is geïnspireerd op de iconische Telecasters uit eind jaren ’60. De Thinline werd in 1968 geïntroduceerd als lichtere variant van de Telecaster, met een semi-hollow ash body die niet alleen gewicht bespaart, maar ook zorgt voor een meer open en akoestische respons. Dat karakter is dan ook uitermate terug te vinden in dit instrument!
De klank is helder, sprankelend en direct, zoals je van een goede Tele mag verwachten, maar met net iets meer lucht en warmte in het middengebied. Ideaal voor wie houdt van vintage toon, maar met extra nuance en dynamiek. Van twangy country tot rauwe blues en ingetogen singer-songwriter werk – deze Tele doet het allemaal, met karakter!
De Butterscotch Blonde nitro-lak is fraai verouderd in Fender’s Custom Shop Relic-stijl: subtiel craquelé, edge wear en hardwareverkleuring die het gevoel geeft van een instrument met jarenlange podiumervaring, zonder de nadelen van echte slijtage.
De hals met een soft V-profiel dat prettig vol in de hand ligt, gecombineerd met een moderne 9.5” toetsradius voor soepel spel en bend-werk, speelt heerlijk en is subtiel afgewerkt met zwarte dot inlays.
Deze Custom Shop uit 2006 ziet er nog enorm schoon uit en verkeert dan ook in excellente conditie. Hij heeft naast zijn verouderde finish slechts minimale speelsporen opgelopen, met name op zij slagplaat. Hij wordt geleverd in een koffer met TFOA-paspoort.

The sound is bright, sparkling, and direct, as you would expect from a good Tele, but with just a bit more air and warmth in the midrange. Ideal for those who love vintage tone, but with added nuance and dynamics. From twangy country to raw blues and mellow singer-songwriter work – this Tele does it all, with character!
The Butterscotch Blonde nitro finish has been beautifully aged in Fender's Custom Shop Relic style: subtle checking, edge wear, and hardware discoloration that give the impression of an instrument with years of stage experience, without the drawbacks of actual wear.
The neck features a soft V-profile that feels comfortably full in the hand, combined with a modern 9.5” radius for smooth playing and bending. It plays beautifully and is subtly finished with black dot inlays.
This 2006 Custom Shop model still looks incredibly clean and is in excellent condition. Aside from its aged finish, it shows only minimal signs of play, mainly on the pickguard. It comes with a case and TFOA passport.

Das Butterscotch Blonde Nitro-Finish ist wunderschön gealtert im Custom Shop Relic-Stil: Subtile Rissbildung, Kantenabnutzung und Hardware-Verfärbung, die das Gefühl eines Instruments mit jahrelanger Bühnenerfahrung vermitteln, ohne die Nachteile tatsächlicher Abnutzung.
Der Hals mit einem Soft-V-Profil liegt angenehm voll in der Hand, kombiniert mit einem modernen 9,5” Radius für geschmeidiges Spiel und Bending. Er spielt sich hervorragend und ist subtil mit schwarzen Dot-Inlays versehen.
Dieses Custom Shop Modell aus 2006 sieht immer noch unglaublich sauber aus und befindet sich in exzellente Zustand. Abgesehen vom gealterten Finish zeigt es nur minimale Spielspuren, hauptsächlich an der Schlagplatte. Es wird mit einem Koffer und einem TFOA-Pass geliefert.
