The Levin Model 330 was introduced in 1957 and was available in 3 different configurations: fully acoustic, with 1 pickup and with 2 pickups. Besides a sunburst finish, all three configurations also had a natural finished version.

De Levin Model 330 werd geïntroduceerd in 1957 en was verkrijgbaar in 3 verschillende configuraties: volledig akoestisch, met 1 pickup en met 2 pickups. Naast een sunburst afwerking hadden alle drie de configuraties ook een naturel afgewerkte versie.
Het is niet eenvoudig om deze 330N/M2 precies te dateren. Maar op basis van de witte single coil pickup cover in de halspositie, de lay-out van de bedieningsknoppen en de open stemmechanieken met witte ovale knoppen, is hij waarschijnlijk rond 1961 gemaakt. Toen had hij nog twee single coils, maar de brug pickup is vervangen door een humbucker die wat warme tonen toevoegt aan zijn klankarsenaal.
Hij is in zeer goede staat voor zijn leeftijd en heeft de zorg en het onderhoud gekregen dat hoort bij een vintage instrument. Hij heeft een reparatie gehad bij de halsverbinding en er is een kleine crack gerepareerd aan de achterkant van de body. De master volumeknop is daarnaast ook vervangen.
Wordt geleverd in een koffer met TFOA paspoort.

The Levin Model 330 was introduced in 1957 and was available in 3 different configurations: fully acoustic, with 1 pickup and with 2 pickups. Besides a sunburst finish, all three configurations also had a natural finished version.
It is not easy to precisely date this 330N/M2. However, based on the white single coil pickup cover in the neck position, lay-out of the control knobs, and the open gear tuning machines with white oval buttons, it was most likely made around 1961. At that time, it still had two single coils, but the bridge pickup has been replaced with a humbucker which adds some warm tones to its sound-arsenal.
It is in very good condition for its age and has received the care and maintenance that comes with a vintage instrument. It has had a repair at the neck joint and a small crack has been repaired on the back of the body. The master volume control knob has been replaced as well.
Comes in a hardshell case with TFOA passport.

Das Levin Modell 330 wurde 1957 eingeführt und war in 3 verschiedenen Konfigurationen erhältlich: voll akustisch, mit 1 Tonabnehmer und mit 2 Tonabnehmern. Neben einer Sunburst-Lackierung gab es für alle drei Konfigurationen auch eine naturbelassene Version.
Es ist nicht einfach, diese 330N/M2 genau zu datieren. Aufgrund der weißen Abdeckung des Single-Coil-Tonabnehmers in der Halsposition, der Anordnung der Bedienknöpfe und der offenen Mechaniken mit weißen ovalen Knöpfen wurde sie wahrscheinlich um 1961 hergestellt. Damals hatte sie noch zwei Singlecoils, aber der Steg-Tonabnehmer wurde durch einen Humbucker ersetzt, der dem Klangbild einige warme Töne hinzufügt.
Sie ist in einem für ihr Alter sehr guten Zustand und hat die für ein Vintage-Instrument übliche Pflege und Wartung erhalten. Sie wurde am Halsgelenk repariert und ein kleiner Riss wurde auf der Rückseite des Korpus ausgebessert. Der Regler für die Hauptlautstärke wurde ebenfalls ersetzt.
Wird in einem Hartschalenkoffer mit TFOA-Pass geliefert.
