We've received another truly fantastic guitar from Lowden. The 50 Series is the pinnacle of Lowden's lineup, and this F50c absolutely reflects that!

De Lowden 50 Series is het allerbeste wat Lowden te bieden heeft, het neusje van de spreekwoordelijke zalm! Dat geldt uiteraard ook voor dit specifieke instrument. Deze custom gebouwde F50C gebruikt unieke en spectaculaire Master Grade houtsoorten, precies zoals het een instrument van wereldklasse betaamt!
Nu willen we niet beweren dat een gitaar die alles heeft, ook echt alles kan, maar deze F50C laat zijn prachtig gebalanceerde klank net zo goed horen bij fingerstyle als bij strumming. De Master Grade Walnut klankkast met Alpine sparren bovenblad zijn samen een bijzonder geslaagde keuze van Lowden en vormen zowel visueel als qua geluid een prachtig geheel. De cutaway brengt de hele ebbenhouten toets binnen bereik en maakt hem geschikt voor veel speelstijlen.
Het 'F'-model is wat je het Lowden Grand Auditorium model kunt noemen en is uitermate geschikt voor fingerstyle, maar ook zeer krachtig en sterk genoeg voor ritmespel. Het is geen verrassing dat de klank van deze gitaar perfect in balans is van de diepe bas tot de kristalheldere hoge tonen. De achterkant en zijkanten van Braziliaans palissander vormen een geweldig team met het Sitka sparren bovenblad en bieden een helder en rijk karakter.
Uiteraard is hij ook voorzien van Lowden's smaakvolle styling zoals de ebben binding en armrest bevel en abalone rozet en purfling in Lowden's 38-stijl. Opvallend is verder vijfdelige hals van esdoorn en palissander die door het bekende GL Standard-profiel heerlijk vertrouwd aanvoelt. De schoonheid, comfortabele speelbaarheid en indrukwekkende klank bewijzen dat dit het beste is wat Lowden te bieden heeft.

The Lowden 50 Series is the very best Lowden has to offer, the cream of the crop! This certainly applies to this particular instrument. This custom-built F50C uses unique and spectacular Master Grade tonewoods, just as a world-class instrument should!
Now, we're not saying that a guitar that has it all can truly do it all, but this F50C delivers its beautifully balanced tone just as well for fingerstyle as it does for strumming. The Master Grade Walnut back and sides with an Alpine spruce top are a particularly clever choice by Lowden and create a stunning ensemble both visually and sonically. The cutaway brings the entire ebony fingerboard within reach, making it suitable for a wide range of playing styles.
The 'F' model is what you might call the Lowden Grand Auditorium model and is perfectly suited for fingerstyle, yet also very powerful and strong enough for rhythm playing. It's no surprise that this guitar's tone is perfectly balanced, from deep bass to crystal-clear highs. The Brazilian rosewood back and sides complement the Sitka spruce top beautifully, delivering a bright and rich character.
Naturally, it also features Lowden's tasteful styling, including ebony binding and armrest bevel, along with abalone rosette and purfling in Lowden's 38-style. A striking five-piece maple and rosewood neck, with its familiar GL Standard profile, provides a wonderfully familiar feel. Its beauty, comfortable playability, and impressive tone prove this is the best Lowden has to offer.

Wir wollen damit nicht sagen, dass eine Gitarre, die alles kann, auch alles kann, aber diese F50C liefert ihren wunderschön ausgewogenen Klang sowohl beim Fingerstyle als auch beim Strumming. Boden und Zargen aus Master Grade-Walnussholz in Kombination mit der Decke aus Alpenfichte sind eine besonders kluge Wahl von Lowden und ergeben ein atemberaubendes Ensemble, sowohl optisch als auch klanglich. Der Cutaway ermöglicht es, das gesamte Ebenholzgriffbrett bequem zu erreichen und macht die Gitarre so für eine Vielzahl von Spielstilen geeignet.
Das „F“-Modell könnte man als Lowden Grand Auditorium bezeichnen. Es eignet sich perfekt für Fingerstyle, ist aber gleichzeitig kraftvoll und druckvoll genug für Rhythmusspiel. Kein Wunder also, dass der Klang dieser Gitarre perfekt ausbalanciert ist – von tiefen Bässen bis zu kristallklaren Höhen. Der Korpus aus brasilianischem Palisanderholz harmoniert perfekt mit der Sitka-Fichtendecke und verleiht der Gitarre einen hellen und vollen Klang.
Selbstverständlich besticht sie auch durch Lowdens geschmackvolles Design, darunter Ebenholz-Binding und -Armlehnenabschrägung sowie Abalone-Rosette und -Einlagen im Lowden-38-Stil. Der markante fünfteilige Hals aus Ahorn und Palisander mit seinem bekannten GL-Standard-Profil bietet ein wunderbar vertrautes Spielgefühl.
