De nieuwe Les Paul Standard keert terug naar het klassieke ontwerp dat dit model zo relevant, veel bespeeld en geliefd maakte en het geluid van vele generaties en muziekgenres vormde. Het is een eerbetoon aan Gibson's gouden eeuw van innovatie en brengt het model op een authentieke manier weer tot leven. De Les Paul Standard 50's heeft een massief mahonie body met een esdoorn top, een afgeronde 50's-stijl mahonie hals met een palissander toets en trapezium inleg.
De gitaar is uitgerust met een ABR-1 brug, de klassieke Tune-O-Matic-brug, aluminium stopbar staartstuk, vintage luxe tuners met keystone-knoppen en aged gouden tophat knoppen. De gekalibreerde Burstbucker 1 (nek) en Burstbucker 2 (brug) pickups zijn voorzien van AlNiCo II-magneten, audio-taper potentiometers en oranje drop capactiors.
De gitaar wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in een koffer.

It pays tribute to Gibson's Golden Era of innovation and brings authenticity back to life. The Les Paul Standard 50's has a solid mahogany body with a maple top, a rounded 50's-style mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays.
It's equipped with an ABR-1, the classic-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, vintage deluxe tuners with keystone buttons, and aged gold tophat knobs. The calibrated Burstbucker 1 (neck) and Burstbucker 2 (bridge) pickups are loaded with AlNiCo II magnets, audio taper potentiometers and orange drop capacitors.
The guitar comes with TFOA passport in a hardshell case.

Es ist eine Hommage an Gibsons goldene Ära der Innovation und erweckt Authentizität wieder zum Leben. Die Les Paul Standard 50's hat einen massiven Mahagonikorpus mit einer Ahorndecke, einen abgerundeten Mahagonihals im 50er-Jahre-Stil mit einem Palisandergriffbrett und trapezförmigen Einlagen.
Es ist mit einem ABR-1, der Tune-O-Matic-Brücke im klassischen Stil, einem Aluminium-Stopper-Saitenhalter, Vintage-Deluxe-Mechaniken mit Keystone-Knöpfen und altgoldenen Tophat-Knöpfen ausgestattet. Die kalibrierten Tonabnehmer Burstbucker 1 (Hals) und Burstbucker 2 (Steg) sind mit AlNiCo II-Magneten, Audio-Taper-Potentiometern und Orange-Drop-Kondensatoren ausgestattet.
Die Gitarre wird mit TFOA-Pass in einem Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
