The PRS SE Chleo is the result of a close collaboration between PRS Guitars and award winning guitarist Herman Li. Known as one of the lead guitar players of DragonForce, Li is recognized for his fast and precise playing style. Based on the 2025 PRS Chleo Limited Edition, this SE signature model brings the same modern metal focused concept to the core PRS lineup.

De PRS SE Chleo is voorzien van een maple top met mahogany back, gecombineerd met een maple neck en ebony fretboard. De sculpted body carve zorgt ervoor dat de gitaar zeer dun en licht van gewicht is, wat het speelcomfort tijdens lange sessies vergroot. De neck en neck joint zijn ontworpen voor snelheid en optimale bespeelbaarheid, met een zeer dun front to back profiel, een iets hoger speeloppervlak en een 20 inch fretboard radius. High modulus carbon fiber strength rods zorgen voor extra stabiliteit en dragen bij aan sustain. Het fretboard is afgewerkt met Eclipse Dragon inlays en de aangepaste PRS scoop biedt uitstekende toegang tot de hogere frets. De Floyd Rose locking tremolo maakt het geheel compleet voor intensief en expressief spel.
De PRS SE Chleo is uitgerust met dezelfde signature pickups als het eerdere Limited Edition model. De Fishman Fluence Signature Series Omniforce Herman Li pickups maken gebruik van copper free layered PCBs voor consistente prestaties en een no hum klank. Met 3 verschillende voices en een uitgebreid switching systeem biedt de gitaar tot 13 unieke tooncombinaties. Van strakke high gain rhythm sounds tot vloeiende leads en heldere single coil klanken, deze pickups zijn ontwikkeld om optimaal te presteren met uiteenlopende amps, modelers en studio omgevingen.

A Floyd Rose locking tremolo completes a setup built for aggressive playing without compromise.
The PRS SE Chleo is equipped with the same signature pickups as the earlier Limited Edition model. Fishman Fluence Signature Series Omniforce Herman Li pickups use copper free layered PCBs for consistent performance and no hum operation. With 3 distinct voices and an advanced switching system, the guitar offers up to 13 different tone combinations. From tight high gain rhythms to smooth leads and clear single coil sounds, these pickups are designed to perform across a wide range of amps, modelers and studio setups.
Die PRS SE Chleo verfügt über eine Ahorn-Decke mit einem Mahagoni-Boden, gepaart mit einem Ahornhals und einem Ebenholzgriffbrett. Durch die geformte Korpusaussparung ist die Gitarre sehr dünn und leicht, was für einen hohen Spielkomfort sorgt. Der Hals und der Halsanschluss sind auf Geschwindigkeit und leichten Zugang ausgelegt, mit einem sehr dünnen Profil von vorne nach hinten, einer etwas höheren Spielfläche und einem 20-Zoll-Griffbrettradius. Hochmodulige Carbonfaser-Verstärkungsstäbe sorgen für zusätzliche Stabilität und fördern das Sustain. Eclipse Dragon-Inlays zieren das Griffbrett, während die modifizierte PRS-Aussparung einen hervorragenden Zugang zu den oberen Bünden ermöglicht. Ein Floyd Rose Locking Tremolo rundet die Ausstattung ab, die für aggressives Spielen ohne Kompromisse ausgelegt ist.
Die PRS SE Chleo ist mit den gleichen Signature-Tonabnehmern ausgestattet wie das frühere Limited Edition-Modell. Die Fishman Fluence Signature Series Omniforce Herman Li Pickups verwenden kupferfreie, geschichtete Leiterplatten für konsistente Leistung und brummfreien Betrieb. Mit 3 unterschiedlichen Stimmen und einem fortschrittlichen Schaltersystem bietet die Gitarre bis zu 13 verschiedene Klangkombinationen. Von straffen High-Gain-Rhythmen bis hin zu sanften Leads und klaren Single-Coil-Sounds sind diese Pickups für den Einsatz mit einer Vielzahl von Verstärkern, Modelern und Studio-Setups ausgelegt.
