Fender Custom Shop 1963 Telecaster Relic Blonde 2016

The Fender Custom Shop is where craftsmanship meets legacy—home to the finest builders who channel decades of experience into every guitar they create.

This 2016 Custom Shop Telecaster pays tribute to a pivotal year in Telecaster history: 1963. By this time, Fender had refined the model into its classic form—featuring an ash body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. This faithful recreation nails the details, from the 9.5” fingerboard radius to the vintage-style hardware, capturing that unmistakable Tele feel and tone.

Finished with a tasteful relic treatment, this guitar doesn’t just look the part—it resonates more freely thanks to its thin, breathable lacquer. The vintage-style single-coil pickups deliver bright, snappy highs and tight low-end clarity, while the C-profile neck and threaded saddle bridge offer comfort, sustain, and tuning stability.

This Custom Shop Tele is in excellent condition and comes with its original tweed case and certificate of authenticity.
