PRS SE Swamp Ash Special Vintage Sunburst

De gitaar is uitgerust met 85/15 “S” humbuckers in de hals- en brugpositie, met daartussen de speciaal door PRS ontworpen AS-01 Single Coil “S” pickup. Deze pickup combineert alnico en staal, wat extra massa en output geeft voor een krachtig en gedefinieerd geluid. Dankzij de push/pull toonregeling en 5-weg schakelaar beschik je over een breed scala aan klanken, van sprankelende singlecoil tot warme humbucker. Het gepatenteerde PRS tremolosysteem voegt daar nog extra expressiviteit aan toe.

Qua klank levert de SE Swamp Ash Special een strakke basrespons, milde maar aanwezige hoge tonen en een twangy karakter dat moeiteloos inzetbaar is voor country, blues en zelfs jazz. Een frisse, veelzijdige keuze voor gitaristen die graag iets anders willen.

It features 85/15 “S” humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions, flanking the PRS-designed AS-01 Single Coil “S” pickup in the middle. This unique pickup uses both alnico and steel elements to add mass and output, producing a bold, defined tone. A push/pull tone control and 5-way switch offer a wide palette of tones, from clear single-coil sparkle to warm humbucker depth. The PRS patented tremolo system rounds it all out with expressive pitch control.

Sonically, the SE Swamp Ash Special delivers a tight low end, mellow but present highs, and a twangy quality that’s equally suited for hot country licks, blues, or smooth jazz. It’s a fresh and flexible choice for players who want something a little different.
