Begin jaren '60 kreeg de double-cut Jet een zwarte achterkant, een zero-fret en gouden hardware. Net als voorheen kwam zijn kenmerkende kracht en punch voort uit de holle mahoniehouten constructie, die de harmonische rijkdom vergroot door luchtresonantie tussen het bovenblad en de body te laten ontstaan voor een levendigere en meer gearticuleerde toon. Dat alles is aanwezig op deze vurige klankmachine, samen met TV Jones Classic-pickups die het vintage Filter'Tron-geluid op fantastische wijze nabootsen.
Deze Gretsch is gebouwd in 2019, en verkeert met slechts minimale speelsporen nog nagenoeg in nieuwstaat. De gitaar wordt met echtheidscertificaat en TFOA paspoort geleverd in een koffer.
In the early 1960s, the double-cut Jet was given a black back, a zero-fret, and gold hardware. As before, its signature power and punch came from its hollow mahogany construction, which enhances the harmonic richness by creating air resonance between the top and body for a livelier and more articulate tone. All of this is present on this fiery tone machine, along with TV Jones Classic pickups that superbly recreate the vintage Filter'Tron sound.
This Gretsch was built in 2019 and is in near-mint condition with only minimal playwear. The guitar comes in a hardshell case with a certificate of authenticity and a TFOA passport.
Anfang der 1960er-Jahre erhielt die Double-Cut Jet eine schwarze Rückseite, einen Nullbund und goldene Hardware. Wie zuvor verdankt sie ihre charakteristische Kraft und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit der hohlen Mahagoni-Konstruktion, die durch die Luftresonanz zwischen Decke und Korpus für einen lebendigeren und differenzierteren Ton sorgt und so die harmonische Fülle erhöht. All dies findet sich in dieser klanggewaltigen Gitarre wieder, ergänzt durch TV Jones Classic Pickups, die den Vintage-Filter'Tron-Sound hervorragend reproduzieren.
Diese Gretsch wurde 2019 gebaut und befindet sich in nahezu neuwertigem Zustand mit nur minimalen Gebrauchsspuren. Die Gitarre wird in einem Hartschalenkoffer mit Echtheitszertifikat und TFOA-Pass geliefert.
