PRS Private Stock McCarty 594 Natural Spalted Maple

Deze Private Stock begint met een van de ontwerpen die een eerbetoon is aan Pauls meester; de McCarty 594. Dit vintage-geïnspireerde instrument voelt ongelooflijk vertrouwd aan en is moeiteloos bespeelbaar. De versterkte klank van deze gitaar wordt verzorgd door de 58/15 LT pickups en is ongelooflijk veelzijdig dankzij de 2 volume/2 tone layout met individuele push-pull functie.
De Black Limba body is gepaard met een verbazingwekkend mooie Spalted esdoorn top die is afgewerkt in een glanzende finish. De hals blijft met zijn Roasted Curly Maple niet achter in de schoonheid, en vormt een schitterend contrast met de African Blackwood toets.
Op het gebied van details heeft PRS ook flink uitgepakt op deze McCarty 594; zo komt het Spalted esdoorn van de top terug in de binding en kopplaat op de hals, en zien we het Curly esdoorn van de hals opnieuw verschijnen in de vorm van de afdekplaatjes achterop de body. De knoppen van de stemmechanieken, schakelaar en volume en tone zijn gemaakt van Macassar ebben, net als de elementringen.

This Private Stock starts with one of the designs that pays tribute to Paul's master; the McCarty 594. This vintage-inspired instrument feels incredibly familiar and effortless to play. The amplified tone of this guitar is provided by the 58/15 LT pickups and is incredibly versatile thanks to the 2 volume/2 tone layout with individual push-pull function.
The Black Limba body is paired with an astonishingly beautiful Spalted Maple top that is finished in a gloss finish. The neck does not lag behind in beauty with its Roasted Curly Maple, and forms a beautiful contrast with the African Blackwood fingerboard.
In terms of details, PRS has also gone to great lengths on this McCarty 594; For example, the Spalted maple of the top returns in the binding and headstock plate on the neck, and we see the Curly maple of the neck appear again in the form of the cover plates on the back of the body. The knobs of the tuners, switch and volume and tone are made of Macassar ebony, just like the pickup rings.
The guitar travels in a hardshell case with TFOA passport.

Der Black-Limba-Korpus ist mit einer erstaunlich schönen Spalted-Ahorn-Decke gepaart, die glänzend lackiert ist. Der Hals steht mit seinem gerösteten Riegelahorn in nichts nach und bildet einen schönen Kontrast zum Griffbrett aus afrikanischem Blackwood.
Auch in Sachen Details hat sich PRS bei diesem McCarty 594 große Mühe gegeben; So kehrt beispielsweise der Spalted-Ahorn der Decke in der Bindung und der Kopfplattenplatte am Hals zurück, und wir sehen, wie der Riegelahorn des Halses in Form der Deckplatten auf der Rückseite des Korpus wieder auftaucht. Die Knöpfe der Mechaniken, Schalter sowie Lautstärke und Ton bestehen ebenso wie die Tonabnehmerringe aus Makassar-Ebenholz.
Die Gitarre wird in einem Hartschalenkoffer mit TFOA-Pass transportiert.
