Collings I35LC Two Tone Sunburst
Of je nou voor het eerst of de tiende keer is dat je een Collings oppakt, je weet het meteen: dit is échte kwaliteit. De I35 LC is het resultaat van een custom gelamineerde constructietechniek die Bill Collings en zijn R&D-team ontwikkelden in hun zoektocht naar de beste klankkwaliteiten van vintage semi-hollow gitaarontwerpen.
Zoals je van Collings gewend bent, is de gitaar op een bijna griezelig hoog niveau afgewerkt. Daarnaast is hij ook voorzien van de prachtige Two Tone Sunburst finish waarbij de subtiel gevlamde esdoorn top mooi tot zijn recht komt. Elk detail van dit instrument is perfect; van het vakmanschap tot de speelbaarheid en klank.
De pickups zijn twee Lollar Low Wind Imperial Humbuckers. Gebaseerd op PAF's met een lagere output die vaak in vintage 335's te vinden zijn, heeft deze pickup een helderdere algehele toon vergeleken met de standaard Lollar Imperial. Dit resulteert in een uitzonderlijke definitie voor elk akkoord en een geweldige presence om door de mix te snijden!

The I35 LC is the result of a custom laminated construction technique that Bill Collings and his R&D team developed in their quest to find the best tonal qualities of vintage semi-hollow guitar designs.
As you would expect from Collings, the guitar is finished to an almost eerie high standard. In addition, it also features the beautiful Two Tone Sunburst finish that beautifully showcases the subtly flamed maple top. Every detail of this instrument is perfect; from the craftsmanship to the playability and tone.
The pickups are two Lollar Low Wind Imperial Humbuckers. Based on lower output PAFs often found in vintage 335s, this pickup has a brighter overall tone compared to the standard Lollar Imperial. This results in exceptional definition for every chord and a great presence to cut through the mix!
