PRS Wood Library McCarty 594 Yellow Tiger 10 Top

PRS introduceerde het McCarty-model in 1994 als eerbetoon aan de legendarische gitaarontwerper Ted McCarty. In 2015 volgde de McCarty 594, met een iets langere mensuur en meer klankmogelijkheden. Het doel van de McCarty 594 was om een vintage-sounding gitaar te bouwen met de betrouwbaarheid van moderne PRS-productie.

Dit specifieke exemplaar is uitgevoerd met een schitterende flamed maple 10 Top in Yellow Tiger-afwerking. De mahoniehouten 'Pattern Vintage'-hals is voorzien van een ebbenhouten toets met de kenmerkende PRS Birds-inlay. Dankzij de 58/15 LT-elementen en de push/pull-functie op de toonregeling levert deze gitaar zowel rijke, vintage humbucker-klanken als heldere single-coil-sounds.

Wat deze gitaar echt laat opvallen is het hardwaregedeelte: volledig uitgevoerd in Smoke Black. Van de brug tot de stemmechanieken—alle metalen onderdelen hebben een rookzwarte afwerking die de gitaar een unieke uitstraling geeft.

PRS introduced the McCarty model in 1994 as a tribute to legendary guitar designer Ted McCarty. Fast forward to 2015, and the McCarty 594 was born—featuring a slightly longer scale length and a wider range of tones. This model was designed to capture vintage character while offering the rock-solid reliability of PRS’s modern craftsmanship.

This particular McCarty 594 features a stunning flamed maple 10 Top in Yellow Tiger finish. The 'Pattern Vintage' mahogany neck is topped with an ebony fingerboard, adorned with the classic PRS Birds inlay. Thanks to the 58/15 LT pickups and push/pull tone controls, this guitar effortlessly covers both lush vintage humbucker tones and crisp single-coil sounds.

What really sets this guitar apart visually is the smoked black hardware. From the bridge to the tuners, every metal component is finished in a sleek Smoke Black, giving the guitar a bold and unique aesthetic.

Includes a hardshell case and TFOA passport.

Der 'Pattern Vintage' Mahagoni-Hals ist mit einem Ebenholz-Griffbrett versehen, das mit der klassischen PRS Birds-Einlage verziert ist. Dank der 58/15 LT-Tonabnehmer und der Push/Pull-Klangregelung deckt diese Gitarre mühelos sowohl satte Vintage-Humbucker-Töne als auch knackige Singlecoil-Sounds ab.


Was diese Gitarre optisch wirklich auszeichnet, ist die rauchschwarze Hardware. Von der Brücke bis zu den Mechaniken ist jedes Metallteil in einem eleganten Smoke Black gehalten, was der Gitarre eine kühne und einzigartige Ästhetik verleiht.
