In Gibson's rich range there was room for both large and small acoustic guitars, and the latter category has always had a large following of enthusiasts. Gibson replaced the popular LG2 in 1962 with a new model, the B25. This TG25 is the tenor version of that, and has four strings tuned in fifths.

De TG25 is uitgerust met een massief Sitka sparren bovenblad dat is afgewerkt in Cherry Sunburst. De mahonie klankkast heeft een massieve achterzijde en gelamineerde zijkanten. Rondom is een driedelige crèmekleurige binding te vinden, en de kenmerkende tortoise slagplaat maakt het visuele plaatje compleet. De mahonie hals heeft een palissander toets, en is voorzien van 19 frets.
Deze Gibson TG25 uit 1964 is door de jaren heen goed onderhouden. De gitaar heeft speelsporen en craquelé die niet uitzonderlijk zijn bij een instrument van meer dan een halve eeuw oud, en de gitaar heeft hierdoor die onvervalste charme die je alleen in vintage Gibson vindt. De gitaar wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in een softshell koffer.

The TG25 is equipped with a solid Sitka spruce top that is finished in Cherry Sunburst. The mahogany back and sides have a solid back and laminated sides. A three-piece cream-colored binding can be found all around, and the signature tortoise pickguard completes the visual picture. The mahogany neck has a rosewood fingerboard and has 19 frets.
This 1964 Gibson TG25 has been well maintained over the years. The guitar has playwear and crackle that are not unusual for an instrument that is more than half a century old, and the guitar therefore has that unadulterated charm that you only find in vintage Gibson. The guitar is supplied with TFOA passport in a softshell case.

Der Mahagonihals hat ein Palisandergriffbrett und verfügt über 19 Bünde.
Diese Gibson TG25 von 1964 wurde im Laufe der Jahre gut gewartet. Die Gitarre weist Spielspuren und Knistern auf, die für ein mehr als ein halbes Jahrhundert altes Instrument nicht ungewöhnlich sind, und die Gitarre hat daher den unverfälschten Charme, den man nur bei Vintage-Gibsons findet. Die Gitarre wird mit TFOA-Pass in einem Softshell-Koffer geliefert.
