Deze gitaar is gebouwd in de beroemde werkplaats van Jose Ramirez III, waar door de jaren heen instrumenten zijn gebouwd die door talloze professionals zijn bespeeld, van Sting tot Segovia, Chet Atkins tot Sabicas en Lee Ritenour tot Christopher Parkening.
Dit model gebruikt prachtig Indisch palissander voor de achter- en zijkanten in combinatie met een cederhouten bovenblad. De toon is vol, helder en heeft dat typische warme en mysterieuze karakter waar Ramirez beroemd mee is geworden.
Naast de gebruikelijke speelsporen, krassen en dings, ziet deze gitaar er nog schoon uit voor zijn leeftijd. Een aanpassing is de ebbenhouten toets die vervangen is. Hij heeft ook een kleine reparatie gehad aan de zijkant van de body, en de touch-up van de lak is daar nog zichtbaar. Hij heeft een mooie hoge actie, maar het zadel is vrij laag en de brug begint een beetje los te komen, waardoor de conditie 'redelijk' is.

Besides the usual playwear, scratches and dings, this guitar still looks clean for its age. One modification is the ebony fingerboard that has been replaced. It also had a small repair on the side of the body, and a touch up of the lacquer there is still visible. While it has a high nice action, the saddle is quite low and the bridge is starting to get a little loose which makes the condition 'fair. Comes in a hardshell case with TFOA passport.

Abgesehen von den üblichen Spielspuren, Kratzern und Dellen, sieht diese Gitarre für ihr Alter immer noch sauber aus. Eine Änderung ist das Ebenholzgriffbrett, das ersetzt wurde. Sie hatte auch eine kleine Reparatur an der Seite des Korpus, und eine Ausbesserung des Lacks ist dort noch sichtbar. Während es eine hohe schöne Aktion hat, ist der Sattel ziemlich niedrig und die Brücke beginnt, ein wenig locker zu bekommen, die den Zustand "fair macht. Kommt in einem Hartschalenkoffer mit TFOA-Pass.
