King Snake Curtis Deep Body Tobacco Sunburst Humbucker Recent
De gitaren van het Japanse merk King Snake worden gemaakt in de Terada fabriek waar ook Gretsch en Tokai instrumenten worden gebouwd. In Japan staat de slang bekend als een boodschapper van Benzai Ten, de godin van de muziek. Dit en het unieke geluid van hollowbody-gitaren en de mythen rond blues- en countryspelers die slangenhuid in hun gitaren hielden voor een beter geluid, waren de inspiratie voor hun naam.
Dit is hun Curtis-model, een volledige hollowbody met twee humbucker pickups. Hij heeft een klassieke uitstraling met zijn Tobacco Sunburst afwerking en iets diepere body dan het standaard Curtis model. Hij ziet er ook uit en voelt aan als een echte vintage gitaar omdat de afwerking zonder 'buffing' is gedaan. Dit is ook gunstig voor het geluid en maakt hem voller en directer.
Met slechts een paar minimale gebruikssporen, verkeert deze Curtis nog in 'near mint' conditie. Inclusief een koffer met TFOA paspoort.
