Gibson 1960 Hummingbird Murphy Lab Light Aged #22983056

In 1960 werd de Hummingbird geïntroduceerd als Gibson's eerste square shoulder. Hij arriveerde aan het begin van een nieuw tijdperk in de muziek en werd al snel omarmd door de pioniers van die tijd. Gebouwd met een thermisch verouderd Sitka sparren bovenblad, weerspiegelt de 1960 Hummingbird het uiterlijk en de prestaties van die vroege iconen. Veel van de aantrekkingskracht van de Hummingbird zit in zijn veelzijdigheid. 

Hoe je deze flat-top ook bespeeld, hij klinkt rijk, diep en is zowel geschikt voor het aanslaan van eenvoudige akkoorden als dat ze is voor uitvoerige leads. Hij is voorzien van Light Aging door de bekwame ambachtslieden van het Murphy Lab. De Murphy Lab Light Aged afwerking, gecombineerd met licht verouderde hardware, simuleert decennia van lichte slijtage, waardoor hij het unieke karakter, de vibe en het gevoel krijgt van een origineel exemplaar uit de Gibson Golden Era.

Introduced in 1960 as Gibson's first square shoulder, the Hummingbird arrived at the dawn of a new era in music and was rapidly embraced by the prime movers on the scene. Built with a thermally aged Sitka spruce top, the 1960 Hummingbird reflects the appearance and performance of those early icons. Much of the Hummingbird's appeal lies in its versatility. 

No matter how you play this flat-top, it pumps out rich, deep tones, and is equally at home strumming first-position chords as it is taking the spotlight for picking lead lines. It features Light Aging by the skilled artisans of the Murphy Lab. The Murphy Lab Light Aged finish treatment, paired with lightly aged hardware, simulates decades of light playwear, giving it the unique character, vibe, and feel of an original example from the Gibson Golden Era.

Die Hummingbird wurde 1960 als Gibsons erste Square-Shoulder-Gitarre eingeführt. Sie kam zu Beginn einer neuen Ära in der Musikbranche auf den Markt und wurde schnell von den führenden Musikern der Szene angenommen. Die 1960er Hummingbird ist mit einer thermisch gealterten Sitka-Fichtendecke ausgestattet und spiegelt das Aussehen und die Leistung dieser frühen Ikonen wider. Ein Großteil des Reizes der Hummingbird liegt in ihrer Vielseitigkeit. 

Ganz gleich, wie du diese Flat-Top-Gitarre spielst, sie liefert satte, tiefe Töne und fühlt sich beim Strumming von Akkorden in der ersten Position genauso wohl wie beim Zupfen von Lead-Lines im Rampenlicht. Sie wurde von den geschickten Handwerkern des Murphy Labs mit Light Aging behandelt.
