Lakewood M50 Custom Quilted Maple

Meer dan 30 jaar geleden werd het handelsmerk Lakewood geboren. Oprichter en ervaren gitaarbouwer Martin Seeliger vond de naam op een kaart in de buurt van Lake Erie en maakte het tot zijn merknaam, en hiermee werd de eerste hoeksteen voor het succes gelegd.

Deze Lakewood M-50 Custom maakt gebruik van een Grand Concert klankkast gemaakt van overweldigend mooi quilted esdoorn, gecombineerd met een eveneens prachtig AAA Europees bear claw sparren bovenblad. De hals is voorzien van een comfortabel C-profiel en is gemaakt van mahonie met daarbij een ebben toets.

De binding, randinleg en rozet zijn gemaakt van verschillende contrasterende houtsoorten, waaronder het fraaie snakewood, en maken de natuurlijke uitstraling compleet. De klank is uiteraard fenomenaal goed, de Grand Concert-bodyvorm heeft ruim voldoende volume en een breed, gebalanceerd en rijk klankpalet geschikt voor een veelvoud aan speelstijlen.

De gitaar wordt geleverd inclusief Hiscox koffer en certificaat van echtheid.

Martin Seeliger, owner and experienced luthier found the name on a map near lake Erie and made it his brand name – so the first cornerstone was laid. The Natural series is Lakewood’s base series. The focus is on flawless craftsmanship and spectacular sounds.

The neck has a perfect C shape and has been made of mahogany with an ebony fretboard. The binding, purflings and rosette is made of different types of wood, including the striking snakewood, and complete the natural look. The sound is phenomenal as you'd expect, the grand concert body offers plenty of volume and a broad, balanced an rich tonal palette suited for a wide variety of playing styles. Includes hicox hardshell case and certificate of authenticity.
