Een Private Stock gitaar is altijd een pronkstuk van body tot de kop, en met de 'Sandstorm Dragon's Breath' finish, indrukwekkende gevlamde esdoorn top en 'Birds of a Feather' inleg op de toets is dat bij deze Special 22 wederom gelukt!
Het platform voor dit kunstwerk is de Special 22 Semi-Hollow. De Special Semi-Hollow biedt spelers een veelzijdige hum/"single"/hum-configuratie met twee PRS 58/15 LT humbuckers en een PRS Narrowfield middenpickup. In combinatie met een 5-weg bladschakelaar en twee mini-schakelaars die de 58/15 LT humbuckers kunnen splitten, kan deze gitaar talloze geluiden en stijlen aan.
