R&R OOO18S Authentic Style 12 Fret Honduran Mahogany Adirondack Spruce 2016
De basis voor dit project was een diep verlangen om een gitaar van een zeer hoog niveau te bouwen; een gitaar die kan concurreren met de grote namen zoals Collings en Santa Cruz, maar ook in staat moet zijn zich te kunnen meten met beroemde gitaarbouwers zoals Wayne Henderson en Blazer & Henkes. Een flinke uitdaging die Roman en onze oprichter Rudi met groots enthousiasme zijn aangegaan!
Met de befaamde 00018 als inspiratie en hun gezamenlijke, jarenlange ervaring met al die bijzondere gitaren bevat deze 00018 veel van de kenmerken van de 00018, maar is het zeker een uniek instrument op zich! Met zijn Honduran Mahonie klankast en Adirondack Sparren bovenblad klinkt deze R&R werkelijk prachtig!
Hij is uiterst geschikt voor zowel strummen als fingerpicking, fingerstyle en alles daartussen! Ook is hij direct klaar voor het podium dankzij zijn ingebouwde LR Baggs Anthem. Zijn prachtige esthetiek als de Abalone Dots, Tortoise bindingen en Pallisander Headstock Overlay maken het plaatje compleet!
Deze R&R uit 2016 ziet er nog zeer schoon uit en verkeert in zeer goede conditie. Hij is duidelijk veel bespeeld – met name onder de rosette op het bovenblad en boven de eerste vijf frets zijn duidelijke speelsporen zichtbaar. Echter, juist dat intensieve gebruik heeft zijn sporen op de klank nagelaten: hij klinkt namelijk als een tierelier! Vol, open en ingespeeld - precies zoals je het wilt bij een instrument met karakter! Hij wordt geleverd in een Hiscox koffer met TFOA-paspoort.
The basis for this project was a deep desire to build a guitar of a very high level; a guitar that can compete with the big names like Collings and Santa Cruz, but also be able to measure itself with famous guitar makers like Wayne Henderson and Blazer & Henkes. With the famous 00018 as inspiration and their joint, years of experience with all those special guitars, this 00018 has many of the features of the 00018, but is certainly a unique instrument in itself! With its Honduran Mahogany back and sides and Adirondack Spruce top, this R&R sounds truly beautiful!
It is extremely suitable for strumming as well as fingerpicking, fingerstyle and everything in between! It is also immediately ready for the stage thanks to its built-in LR Baggs Anthem. Its beautiful aesthetics like the Abalone Dots, Tortoise bindings and Pallisander Headstock Overlay complete the picture!
This R&R from 2016 still looks very clean and is in very good condition. It has clearly been played a lot - especially under the rosette on the top and above the first five frets there are clear playing marks visible. However, it is precisely that intensive use that has left its mark on the sound: it sounds like a charm! Full, open and played in - exactly how you want it from an instrument with character! It comes in a Hiscox hardshell case with TFOA passport.

Inspiriert von der berühmten 00018 und ihrer gemeinsamen, jahrelangen Erfahrung mit all diesen besonderen Gitarren, weist diese 00018 viele der Merkmale der 00018 auf, ist aber dennoch ein einzigartiges Instrument! Mit Boden und Zargen aus Honduras-Mahagoni und der Decke aus Adirondack-Fichte klingt diese R&R einfach wunderschön!
Sie eignet sich hervorragend zum Strumming, Fingerpicking, Fingerstyle und allem, was dazwischen liegt! Dank der eingebauten LR Baggs Anthem ist sie außerdem sofort bühnenreif. Ihre wunderschöne Ästhetik mit den Abalone Dots, den Tortoise Bindings und der Pallisander Headstock Overlay rundet das Gesamtbild ab!
Diese R&R aus 2016 sieht noch sehr sauber aus und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sie wurde deutlich bespielt – vor allem unter der Rosette auf der Decke und oberhalb der ersten fünf Bünde sind deutliche Spielspuren zu erkennen. Doch gerade diese intensive Nutzung hat dem Klang ihren Stempel aufgedrückt: Sie klingt einfach traumhaft! Voll, offen und eingespielt – genau so, wie man es sich von einem charaktervollen Instrument wünscht! Die Lieferung erfolgt in einem Hiscox-Koffer mit TFOA-Pass.
