De 814ce van Taylor is een bijzonder veelzijdige gitaar, die door zijn Grand Auditorium-bodyvorm heerlijk comfortabel is om te bespelen. De gitaar is uitgevoerd met de klassieke combinatie van Indisch palissander en Sitka sparren, en heeft daardoor een warme, volle sound die zich voor allerlei muziekgenres en speelstijlen leent.
De mahonie hals heeft een comfortabel soft V-profiel en is voorzien van een ebben toets waarop de voor de 800-serie typische parelmoeren Element inleg te vinden is. Zowel de body als de hals zijn afgewerkt met een binding van gevlamd esdoorn, en op de headstock prijkt een palissander kopplaat. Het bovenblad wordt ondersteun door een X-bracing, en is verder voorzien van een tortoise slagplaat.
Deze Taylor 814ce uit 2013 verkeert in excellente conditie, en benadert zelfs near mint. De gitaar heeft lichte speelsporen op de slagplaat, en op de achterzijde van de body is een ding te vinden. Daarnaast zijn er een paar kleine plekjes in de lak op de schouder aan de baszijde te vinden, maar de gitaar is verder bijzonder schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. Wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in de originele Taylor-koffer.

The mahogany neck has a comfortable soft V-profile and features an ebony fingerboard with the mother-of-pearl Element inlay typical of the 800 series. Both the body and neck are finished with flamed maple binding, and the headstock features a rosewood headstock. The top is supported by an X-bracing and is further equipped with a tortoise pickguard.
This Taylor 814ce from 2013 is in excellent condition, close to near mint. The guitar has light playwear on the pickguard, and there is a ding on the back of the body. In addition, there are a few small spots in the paint on the shoulder on the bass side, but the guitar is otherwise very clean and very well maintained. Comes with TFOA passport in the original Taylor hardshell case.

Der Mahagonihals hat ein angenehm weiches V-Profil und verfügt über ein Ebenholzgriffbrett mit der für die 800er-Serie typischen Perlmutt-Element-Einlage. Sowohl der Korpus als auch der Hals sind mit einer Einfassung aus geflammtem Ahorn versehen und die Kopfplatte verfügt über eine Kopfplatte aus Palisander. Die Decke wird von einem X-Bracing getragen und ist außerdem mit einem Tortoise-Schlagbrett ausgestattet.
Diese Taylor 814ce aus dem Jahr 2013 ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, nahezu neuwertig. Das Schlagbrett der Gitarre weist leichte Spielspuren auf und auf der Rückseite des Korpus befindet sich eine Beule. Zudem sind auf der Bassseite an der Schulter ein paar kleine Lackflecken vorhanden, ansonsten ist die Gitarre aber sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Kommt mit TFOA-Pass im originalen Taylor-Hartschalenkoffer.
